2023 BALLOT FOR ELECTION OF BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION HARBOUR VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM COUNCIL OF CO-OWNERS, INC.

The current Harbour Village Condominium Council of Co-Owners, Inc., Board of Administration, recommends the following slate of Officers for 2023.

President: Robb Hill

Vice President: Danny Blair

Secretary / Treasurer: Stephanie Findley

At Large: Candy Sudwischer

At Large: Michael Riggs

How to vote:

1. You may make one vote for the full slate of Officers and At-Large Board members as recommended by the Board,
2. You may vote for the At-Large Board members on an individual basis (the officers are currently unopposed.)
3. You make complete a Write-In Vote for anyone for any office.

Please complete the ballot accurately. We use the information in the ballot for verification of ownership.

You may vote at the annual meeting, but we would appreciate voting in advance. It will lessen the amount of work needed at the annual meeting to complete the results.

The voting will be completed, and the officers announced at the Annual Meeting.

Your vote here constitutes attendance at the HV Annual Meeting for the purpose of determining a quorum. You may also change your vote should you attend the meeting in person. Please vote here if possible. If we do not get a quorum (51%) of the owners to vote, we will not be able to seat a new board, which causes us legal and operational difficulties.
